These images are part of interactive 3D scene created with FastVR. Their quality cannot be compared with many 3D rendering or ray-tracing applications, all scenes in FastVR are real-time rendered so speed is preferred to extra-quality image, but with some triks is ease to render a photorealistic scene in real-time.
